Nuts & Bolts
This oddly named nibblie goes well served with drinks. This recipe makes a large portion, so feel free to halve it. The mixture will keep for a couple of weeks in an airtight container.
- 300g Nutrigrain cereal
- 750g roasted peanuts or mixed nuts
- 1 pkt cream of chicken soup mix
- 1 pkt french onion soup mix
- 1 tab curry powder
- 2/3 cup oil
- Warm the oil
- add the other ingredients into a large bowl
- add the oil to the dry ingredients and mix well
- store in an airtight container.
