Nuts & Bolts

This oddly named nibblie goes well served with drinks. This recipe makes a large portion, so feel free to halve it. The mixture will keep for a couple of weeks in an airtight container.


  • 300g Nutrigrain cereal
  • 750g roasted peanuts or mixed nuts
  • 1 pkt cream of chicken soup mix
  • 1 pkt french onion soup mix
  • 1 tab curry powder
  • 2/3 cup oil


  1. Warm the oil
  2. add the other ingredients into a large bowl
  3. add the oil to the dry ingredients and mix well
  4. store in an airtight container.
