Charm Cakes

Another of my Mum's recipes. Not sure how many cup cakes this recipe will make. Will have to test it out.


  • 3 tab butter
  • 4 tab sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tab milk
  • 6 tab SR flour


  1. Pre heat oven to moderate
  2. prepare patty pan with papers or spray cavities with oil
  3. cream butter and sugar then mix in eggs and milk
  4. fold in flour
  5. spoon mixture into the pans up to about 3/4 full
  6. bake for about 15 minutes
  7. cool cakes on a rack
  8. top with icing and decorate for serving
