This recipe should be enough for the top of a cake cooked in a loaf tin. You will need to double the quantity for a larger cake.
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1 tab butter
- 1 tab passionfruit pulp
- Sift icing sugar into a large bowl suitable for the microwave.
- Add butter and passionfruit pulp.
- Stir to form a stiff paste.
- Microwave 20 seconds to soften the mixture.
- Stir well.
- Using a knife, spread icing over cooled cake.
- Allow to set.
